Stephen is a graduate student from Environmental Policy at Memorial University studying watershed management policy from local and regional perspectives. He completed his undergraduate studies in 2011 at Concordia University in history and economics. His primary interests lie in patterns of economic growth and development and the cultural connection between rural communities and their natural resources.
